With the holiday last weekend, I took a few days off from the blog, but am back at it again. There is a lot going on this month. More than I can keep up with myself. With rain moving through the Eastern Panhandle this weekend, I decided against going to Romney for the events there. If anyone out there did go, please post a report on the weekend. I am going to the McGrew House in Kingwood, WV Saturday for a CW living history event to support the house and raise awareness of its historical significance. I will be posting a review within a few days.
I have also learned that the US 28th Infantry (WWII) will be participating in an event at the Trolley Museum at Washington, PA over this weekend. I may try to catch the tailend of that as well. I will post more information as I get it.
Next weekend is the Newville 1945 event. Since this event is not being sponsored by our group, we can just sit back and have fun. This should be good and I hope to get some good pictures.
