World War II living history at the Trolley Museum September 7, 2008

On Sunday, I joined members of the 28th Infantry (Bloody Bucket) Living history Association for an encampment at the Pennsylvania Trolley Museum just north of Washington, PA.

The guys in the 28th had great displays set up and attracted a continuous flow of curious spectators. The encampment was held in conjunction with an antique truck show which featured some interested old vehicles on its own. Bill Burress brought his fine 1942 (Ford mfg) Jeep and Regis Biggerstaff utilized a vintage 6-wheel drive Dodge truck to transport his excellent display to the event. As a first-timer with this group, I would like to thank everyone who was there for their help and consideration for the new guys. If anyone out there is interested in getting into a WWII U.S. impression, you might want to consider this group.
